How we collect, use and protect the personal data of candidates, clients and visitors to this website.
Who we are
Ventures HRD Centre FZ-LLC is a recruitment and executive search firm registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, under licence no. 47038614. Our registered office is at CWBP1317, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. What we collect
From candidates: your name and contact details, your CV, work history, education, skills and qualifications, the roles and locations you are interested in, your salary expectations and notice period, and notes from our conversations with you. We ask for visa and work-permit details only when a specific job requires them.
From clients: the names, job titles and contact details of the people we work with, and the information in the briefs you send us.
We do not ask for, and do not use in our work, information about race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, health or political belief.
Where it comes from
From you, when you send us your CV, reply to us or speak with us. From public professional sources, such as professional networking sites and job boards, where you have made your profile available. From referees, only with your agreement.
If we find you through a public source, our first message to you says that we hold your details and where we found them, and how to ask us to delete them.
How we use it
- To match candidates with roles, on job-related factors only.
- To contact you about roles that may suit you.
- To share your profile with an employer, only after you agree.
- To run our searches for clients and keep a record of our work.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Automated tools help us sort and shortlist candidates against a role's job-related requirements. They never take account of characteristics such as gender, religion or health. You can ask for any shortlisting decision about you to be reviewed by a person.
Our legal basis
We process personal data with your consent, to take steps you ask for before a contract, for our legitimate interest in running recruitment searches, and where the law requires it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
With employers, only for a specific role and only after you agree. With service providers who host, store or process data for us under contract, such as email and cloud hosting providers. With authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the UAE
We work across the GCC and India, and some of our service providers are based outside the UAE. We transfer personal data abroad only under a contract that binds the recipient to UAE data protection standards, or with your explicit consent. Our providers are currently based in the UAE (website hosting and our database, on Microsoft Azure UAE North), India (email, on Microsoft 365) and the United States (AI processing, on NVIDIA).
How long we keep it
We keep candidate data for 2 years from our last contact with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, at any time. We keep client records for as long as we need them for our work and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Ask us to stop and it stops, every time. Write to recruitment@vhcgcc.com or siddharth@vhcgcc.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE data protection authority.
Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encryption and secure hosting, and only the people and systems that need it for a search can see it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this notice. The date below shows when it last changed.
