Ventures HRD Centre FZ-LLC is an AI-powered recruitment and executive search firm in the UAE. We fill permanent technical, professional and leadership roles across all six GCC countries and every major sector, with deep expertise in banking and financial services.
Which countries do you recruit in?
All six GCC countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. We search candidates already in the Gulf and candidates relocating from India together.
Which industries do you hire for?
Every major sector in the Gulf, with deep expertise in banking and financial services. Other examples include construction and EPC, aviation, energy, manufacturing, logistics, technology and healthcare. See Industries.
What kinds of roles do you fill?

How fast can you send a shortlist?
Our target is a specialist shortlist within 48 to 72 hours of an agreed brief. Every shortlist comes with the reasons each candidate fits the role, so you can check them.
What happens if a placed candidate leaves early?
We offer 90-day replacement support on eligible placements. The terms are part of each client agreement.
How much does it cost to hire through you?
Fees are agreed with each client for each search. Email a brief to recruitment@vhcgcc.com and we will send our terms.
Do candidates pay a fee?
No. Candidates never pay us anything, at any stage.
How do you use AI in recruitment?
AI searches wider and faster than a manual search, and matches candidates on job-related factors only: skills, experience, industry, function, seniority, location, pay and notice period. Every fee, contract and first contact with a person is signed off personally, and we share a candidate's profile with an employer only after the candidate agrees.
Do you consider gender, religion, age or nationality when matching?
No. We do not use race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, health or political belief in matching or shortlisting. We ask for visa and work-permit details only when a specific job requires them.
Is Ventures HRD Centre licensed?
Yes. Ventures HRD Centre FZ-LLC is licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), licence no. 47038614. It is a newly licensed UAE company and part of a group that has been recruiting since 1999: Ventures HRD Centre Pvt. Ltd., India, founded by Balbir Singh Yadav.
How long do you keep my CV?
Two years from our last contact with you, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. See our privacy notice.
